Your Twizzter needs practically no maintenance as it is made to last a lifetime. If dirty or staind, just clean it with a damp cloth. When not in use, keep it stored protected by its purchase bag or your own special Twizzter-storage where it is not being moved around with sharp metal items that may damage the surface.

The bottom piece doesn’t stay in very well. I’ve already dropped and misplaced it twice. Ie it possible I got a defective one?
Other than the bottom piece falling off I think it’s a great invention

I am so sorry for the late reply. I’ve been on vacation and just back in the office.
Try to bend the two ‘pins’ of the bottom part more apart so that they are more directed outwards and try again. Should you still have a problem, we will send you a new one. You are entitled to have a 100% working Twizzter.
Should you have any problems, please let us know (preferrably through Instagram – @Twizztersizzters – as we check it more often than our website).
If the problem isn’t solved doing like I suggest above, we will send you a new one. As they are made by hand, there sometimes are small differences in them and your Twizzter has slipped through our quality control system.
